But I call it inspiration for dinner!
I sauteed fresh picked Lamb's quarters with some garlic and peas.
Then I fried up some fresh eggs from the back yard.
Add the eggs, left over rice, 5 spice powder, fresh cut chives and soy sauce to the vegetables.
***Always be sure of your identification before eating any wild plant.
Do not rely on pictures alone, as some edibles have poisonous
look-a-likes. A reliable field guide, for your area, should be consulted
until the plant is well known to you.
