Cheesecake - From Scratch

Here is my first attempt at a "New York Style" baked cheesecake.

I was very please with the recipe I used, and it has made it's way into my recipe holder for next time. 

Now I am not an expert on cheesecake, but I know that THIS cheesecake is far better than any grocery store bought I have tried, and is as good as what I have tried in a cheesecake bakery - for a fraction of the cost! This full sized cheesecake and homemade berry sauce cost me just over $15.00 to make, when cheesecakes like these cost $35.00 - $60.00! I am pretty sure I will never buy a cheesecake again!
